COVID Safety Measures

We are open and welcome you all to start and continue your treatment at Skinnou.

With the positive news of restrictions lifting, we want to remind all our new and existing clients that it is important for us to maintain a safe environment for our clients and staff.

At Skinnou, we will continue to follow guidance from Public Health England (PHE) to ensure all treatments are provided in line with national guidance.

Visiting Our Clinic

To limit the number of people in the clinic, please ensure you do not turn up too early or be late.

Upon arrival, you may be asked to sanitise your hands and we may conduct a quick temperature check using a contactless thermometer.

You will need to sign and return a Covid safety form to confirm you have not recently tested positive and are not experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19.

After your appointment, you may be advised to make your way to the reception, at this point our team will settle your account.

Safety Procedures

• We are performing deeper, thorough and more frequent cleans – especially in our treatment rooms. These are scheduled to be fit around appointments.
• We may check your temperature upon arrival using a non-contact thermometer. If it’s deemed too high, your treatment will be rescheduled for a later date.
• You may be requested to sanitise your hands as you enter the practice using the antibacterial gel provided.
• All staff have been fully orientated to the NHS guidelines on not coming to work if feeling unwell or showing symptoms of the virus, such as a continuous dry cough or high temperature, loss of taste or smell.
• Any clients who have recently tested positive for Covid 19, are feeling unwell or showing symptoms should not attend the clinic but are advised to talk to one of the consultants for further information remotely.
