Our practitioners will conduct a thorough consultation with you to assess your skin concerns, treatment expectations and requirements. Following this they will suggest a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

Yes. Our clinic is able to offer treatments for both men and women.
Our clinic is based on Whitton High Street, London. Full address is Skinnou, 132 High Street, Twickenham, London, TW2 7LL.
Yes. Parking is available at Whitton car park within the High Street, which is only a 2 minute walk away from our clinic.
You can access the car park from the High Street directly or alternative via 1 Library Way, Twickenham TW2 7AP.
You can easily access our clinic via rail or bus services.
If travelling by train we would advise using the overground rail as our clinic is based directly opposite Whitton Rail Station.
If travelling by bus, you can use the H22 or 110 bus service, which stops right outside our clinic.

There are a number of ways of booking an appointment.

Yes. All consultations at Skinnou are free and you are not required to make any upfront payment for your appointment.
Yes. Although our clinic is generally busy if our practitioners are available, we will be more than happy to book your appointment for the same day.
Following your consultation, our clinician will be able to offer you a tailored treatment plan, including the expected cost. If you decide to go ahead with the treatment, payment will be taken at the end of the appointment once the treatment has been provided.
If you have multiple appointments with our clinic you can pay for each treatment as you go along.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, MasterCard and American Express.
We also accept cash payment, but would request clients to use card payment where possible.
If you are running late to your appointment we would kindly request you to call us to let us know how late you will be.
We will always try our best to fit you in on the same day where possible. However, if we do not have another slot available for the same day we will look to re-book you in at a later date.
You can cancel your appointment by directly contacting us via email or phone.
We request all clients to provide us with 48 hours notice when cancelling as this allows us to re-allocate the appointment slot to someone else.

Unfortunately, once a treatment has been provided we are unable to issue any refunds.
If you are not happy with your treatment results we advise speaking to our practitioners who can address your concerns with the treatment received and advise you accordingly.
